Villa construction
A villa taken end to end — excavation and foundations through to handover — or a single stage of it, depending on what you need.

Facade and external areas are handed over clean and complete, after drainage and waterproofing are checked.
Demolition & site preparation
Taking down an existing building or part of one, and preparing the ground for what comes next.

- Strip-out of internal partitions and ceilings
- Disconnection of services before work starts
- Removal and disposal of debris
- Levelling and site preparation
- Site securing and safety hoarding
The site is handed over clear, levelled and ready for new construction to begin.
Maintenance & building care
Maintaining villas, offices and retail units, and servicing existing towers — on a periodic contract or on call.
